Sara Ramirez

Sara Ramirez is a popular Mexican-American actress singer and writer. She was raised by her mom within the USA. She was subjected to racial remarks and made to feel unwanted. She began to gain confidence during the 9th grade, when she appeared in an audition. She received a lot of praise for her singing. It not only boosted the confidence of her, but altered the direction she pursued in her professional career. When she was 22 she was a graduate of the New York's Julliard School. When she turned 23 years old, she launched her journey in Broadway in the Paul Simon musical The Capeman. Then, aged 23, her movie debut was You've received mail. Her greatest break came in her role as The Lady of The Lake in the original Broadway version of Spamalot. She won the Tony Award and received great reviews for her role. Later that year, as Callie Torres on Grey's Anatomy for ABC the show, she received more appreciation. A well-known performer, she has also released both an album and a musical. Also, she is an activist who is active for LGBT rights.
