Hayley orrantia is a native of America. She's primarily an actor, however she is also an acrobat and songwriter. A lot of people recognize her from her character in the role of Erica Goldberg on the popular TV show The Goldbergs.' However, she considers herself mostly an artist. She maintains that music is the first thing that interests her. It is something she was experimenting in since the age of nine years old. When she reached 12 years old, the music she was playing took more serious form and she began professional training. At the age of 13 when she began writing her own music. The album that she first released didn't come out until 14 years after. It hasn't turned to the past since. Orrantia has been born in the USA but has Hispanic roots. She is a native of Hispanic roots even though she spoke English when a young girl and spent her entire life in the USA. Through studying Spanish and composing songs, she is trying to maintain the spirit of her culture. A song she has created is called "Hasta Verte," which was recorded by her in Spanish. In the summer of 2011, Orrantia auditioned for the first season of The X Factor. Her YouTube video was chosen and she was awarded four "yeses" (or votes) for the judges during The Seattle audition. Her initial audition was for "Hollywood Week" as a solo artist. However, three other women singers and she were put together to audition for the remaining songs.
